ONLINEVAC 52 is a Vacuum Generation Solution that will be fitted inline on the vacuum piping. Vacuum is generated in ONLINEVAC 52 (2 x V26 vacuum pumps) by directly driven screw pumps. The pumps are made from stainless steel. One ONLINEVAC 52 System consists of 2 x V26 Vacuum Pumps. One Vacuum Pump V26 is sufficient to handle the entire load of @ 75 vacuum toilets onboard a ship. The second Vacuum Pump V26 is provided on ONLINEVAC 52 Vacuum Generator System as a HOT STAND-BY for 100% redundancy and reliability of the Vacuum Toilet System.

Black water is collected by vacuum draining and simultaneously discharged via a Surge Tank to Sewage Treatment Plant.
